Beyond my career, my most important and rewarding role is being a mother of two, one with extraordinary medical needs. Navigating this journey has honed my resilience, advocacy skills, and ability to tackle intricate challenges with determination and grace.
I am passionate about inspiring others to embrace their challenges, set meaningful goals, and lead with confidence in every aspect of life.
To empower other working mothers, I created Mission: Mom & Manager, a platform designed to help women excel in their careers while maintaining a fulfilling personal life. Through this initiative, I share valuable insights on leadership, productivity, and work-life balance to support others in achieving their goals.
.
I successfully led the TO Consolidation project, a strategic initiative designed to consolidate and streamline three separate Technical Orders (TOs) covering three variations of the same system. This initiative significantly reduces the time spent updating common elements across multiple TOs and establishes a single, comprehensive data source for maintainers. The project has been executed with exceptional efficiency, consistently running ahead of schedule, and has been recognized for its thorough planning and successful implementation. It is due to be completed two months ahead of schedule.
I played a pivotal role in providing an effort to establish a strong foundation for full system accountability, dramatically reducing obsolete legacy LRUs, and eliminating unnecessary manual codes. This ensured that the maintenance data collection system was fully aligned with the final published Technical Order. The resulting document empowers maintainers to accurately identify current systems, sub-systems, and repairable components while also rectifying 12 years of outdated material.
With extensive experience managing Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and Technical Orders (TOs), I have overseen various aspects of logistics, configuration management, and data management. I have also played a key role in SML-level reporting and briefings, ensuring alignment with strategic program goals. My experience extends to program planning, schedule management, and driving efficiency in cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and project milestones.
